1.6 Information provided to the payment gateway. The payment gateway, as and when made available, may require the information as is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract with you and to comply with applicable law (such as anti-money laundering regulations). These disclosures may be necessary to comply with our legal obligations, for the protection of your or another person’s vital interests or for the purpose of our or a third party’s legitimate interest in keeping the Website secure, preventing harm or crime, enforcing or defending legal rights, or preventing damage.

Seracle does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. We may disclose personal information to:

1. third party service providers for the purpose of enabling them to provide their services, including (without limitation) IT service providers, data storage, hosting and server providers, ae67\d networks, analytics, error loggers, debt collectors, maintenance or problem-solving providers, marketing or advertising providers, professional advisors and payment systems operators. These providers have limited access to your information to perform these tasks on our behalf and are required to protect and to use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed and consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Therefore, any questions regarding how your social media platform service provider processes your data should be directed to such a provider.

5. International transfers of personal information

The personal information we collect is stored and processed in Amazon web servers (AWS), or where we or our partners, affiliates and third-party providers maintain facilities. By providing us with your personal information, you consent to the disclosure to these overseas third parties.We provide information about the circumstances in which your Personal Data may be transferred to countries outside India . We and our other group companies have offices in  Canada, USA, Thailand and Singapore. To facilitate our operations we may transfer, store, and process your information within those countries or with Service Providers that may be based in Europe, India, Asia Pacific and North America. Laws in these countries may differ from the laws applicable to your Country of Residence. For example, information collected within Canada, may be transferred, stored, and processed in EU, Asia Pacific and North America regions for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Where we transfer, store, and process your Personal Data outside of Canada, we endeavor to have appropriate safeguards in place to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Where we transfer personal information from a non-EEA country to another country, you acknowledge that third parties in other jurisdictions may not be subject to similar data protection laws to the ones in our jurisdiction. There are risks if any such third party engages in any act or practice that would contravene the data privacy laws in our jurisdiction and this might mean that you will not be able to seek redress under our jurisdiction’s privacy laws.

6. Service Information:
 In the course of performing our Services, we collect the following categories of information (collectively, “Service Information”).

6.1 End User Information: End User means (i) Subscribers’ customers who are end users of our Services; and (ii) all customers of Seracle’s other Subscribers who seek to enter into Transactions (as defined below) through the Services. We may collect limited End User information at the direction of our Subscribers. Where we have End User information it is limited to IP addresses and e-mail addresses. Subscribers may, at their discretion, prefer to keep all End User information private consistent with their internal policies. Alternatively, Subscribers may utilize the functionality to collect limited private information (which is only accessible in a Subscriber’s environment). End User information is used to operate, maintain and improve the Services.

6.2 Transaction Information: We collect transaction related information for transactions conducted by End Users through the Services (“Transactions”) but it is anonymized. Transaction information includes price, quantity, and any associated or supporting data related to the trade. Transaction information is used to provide the Services, facilitate the Transactions, provide support, and to operate, maintain and improve the Services.

6.3 Billing Information: We collect billing and payment information which may include a purchase order number, an account number, credit card number, expiration date, billing zip code, bitcoin-related information, instructions for wire transfers and/or ACH transfers (“Billing Information”) from Subscribers (and not End- Users). Billing Information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor operating as our agent (See, Onward Transfers to Third Parties). Seracle does not directly obtain or process any Billing Information; except in the case of ACH transfers in which case we obtain the Billing Information related to ACH transfers and send (not store) it to our third party bank processors operating as our agent (See, Onward Transfers to Third Parties).

7. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

7.1 Analyzing your Communications.
 We may review, scan, or analyze your communications on the Website for fraud prevention, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, investigation, product development, research, and customer support purposes. In some cases, we may also scan, review, or analyze messages to debug, improve, and expand product offerings. We will not review, scan, or analyze your communications to send third party marketing messages to you, and we will not sell reviews or analyses of these communications.Google Maps/Earth. 8. Your rights and controlling your personal information
